• Basic access
  Members can, to a degree, fine tune the display of the discussion through setting in the preferences.
  Non-members must take the default settings and cannot, of course, reply.

• General observations on the forum setup:
  Click on headings to sort the forums.
  Inside each forum below the thread list is a list of most recent posts.
  If you don't know how to format your post (code inserts, html links, etc) click on the blue question mark for examples and more info.
  When you are replying, whichever message you have currently selected is the message you are replying to. Take care to select the precise post you intend to reply to.
  It is good practice to add/change the title of your reply to indicate the content of your reply.
